Todd joined BET in 2020 having most recently taught Outdoor Education for the Catch22 Multi Academies Trust. He has previously worked for the YMCA (USA), Princeton University’s affiliated Outdoor Centre and Lafayette College.

Todd has a passion for inspiring and empowering our future ecologically minded ‘Game-changers’ to develop healthy, respectful, and sustainable communities. Todd has both a practical and theoretical understanding of Outdoor and Experiential Education with both an Outdoor Education BSc and years of facilitating across North America, Asia and Europe.
He is a certified Wilderness First Responder and Red Cross medical and aquatics trainer, as well as a former professional ski, canoe, and high ropes climbing instructor.
