Synamon joined BET in September 2024, having worked previously in the education sector, local government and the private sector in companies such as Estee Lauder.
Synamon is a member of ACCA, having qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2018. She also holds a BSc Hons in Applied Accounting, graduating in 2016.
Drawn to the education sector due to the goal congruence and the passion that drives every person in the sector, Synamon is driven to support the work that improves students’ outcomes and lives.
Her role is to provide financial and operational management and oversight for the Trust and its family of schools, supporting and enabling the central team and the schools to fulfil their goals and objectives.
Synamon enjoys spending time with family and friends outside of work, and enjoys walking, reading and sight-seeing.
