Pam Doyle

Director of SEND

Pam has worked with adults and children with disabilities since 2007, both in social care as a drama and dance therapist, and now in education. She joined The Costello School as a performing arts teacher in 2009, becoming the SENDCo in 2015 and continuing in the role as the school merged with Bohunt Education Trust in 2018.

During this time she has also worked with charities as a volunteer advisor supporting disabled people access education, and within the medical research community working with organisations to explore and better understand the impact of disabilities during adolescence and into adulthood.

In her role as Director of SEND Pam oversees dedicated and inspiring SEND teams across the Trust. Their enthusiasm and creativity ensures all children are included and valued, bringing the very real meaning of Enjoy, Respect, Achieve to all aspects of life.  As Trust Co-Ordinator for Designated Teachers for Looked After and Post-Looked After Children, she works with colleagues across our schools to create a stable, secure and empathetic environment to nurture and develop our most vulnerable young people.
