Earlier this month, we were delighted to welcome the secondary heads and leadership team from Kingfisher Schools Trust for two days with us.
Ten years into our journey and now 10 schools strong, we’re so proud of what our teams are achieving for young people—and it was a pleasure to share our work, culture and ethos with visiting colleagues.
The group saw first-hand the balance we strive for: a strong Bohunt ‘bedrock’ that unites us, paired with the freedom for each school to shape its own community and lead with real agency. It was inspiring to hear how closely this aligns with Kingfisher Schools Trust’s developing vision.
