We’re delighted to launch Leadership Voices, a brand-new podcast from Bohunt Education Trust exploring leadership, education and the people behind the roles.
For our first episode, Women Leading in Education, we’re joined by three of BET’s senior women leaders: Georgette Ayling, Executive Headteacher and Headteacher at Bohunt Horsham; Synamon Harvey-Forrester, Chief Financial & Operations Officer; and Jen Comber, Headteacher at Bohunt Wokingham.
The informal conversation explores their individual journeys into leadership, what leadership really looks like, the experiences and barriers women can face, and the advice they would give to the next generation of leaders.
With future episodes set to feature colleagues from across the Trust, Leadership Voices will offer an opportunity to hear different perspectives, experiences and stories from the people helping to shape BET and its schools.
Listen to Episode 1 now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube.
