Robin left York University with a degree in Electronic Engineering and then worked for over 24 years in the Computing industry with various companies including British Aerospace, Sun Microsystems and Oracle. In 2014, through BET, Robin trained to be a Computer Science teacher and joined Bohunt Liphook as a Computer Science teacher in 2015. After various roles including head of KS5 and BET Subject Coordinator for Computing, become the BET Digital Director in 2022.
As Digital Director, Robin works with the Director of Education and the Digital Leads to develop and embed a digital literacy curriculum across BET and enhance the delivery of the BET Curriculum through the use of digital tools including the 1-2-1 iPad programme with the aim to enable all our students to be effective, well informed, responsible and safe global citizens in the digital world.
