Andy joined BET in 2018 having previously worked as a Specialist Leader of Education in another MAT. He has a varied leadership background having held both subject and pastoral leadership roles.
Andy has a passion for students exploring the world around them and developing the game-changing qualities to make positive change for the future.
As Director of Geography Andy heads up curriculum development across the Trust using the expertise of his school teams to provide the very best for BET geographers. With that in mind Andy is always looking to develop teachers across the Trust through coaching and CPD to allow them to flourish and offer the very best Geography lessons.
